This data is needed so that we can secure a proper reservation for a specific guest with no mistake or confusion, for the guest’s security and convenience. A booking that contains incomplete or erroneous information may be refused by the hotel. We recommend that you enter your mobile telephone number in case queries arise at short notice.

Once you click on the “Book” button and the reservation confirmation appears on your screen, a binding reservation has been made. We recommend that you print out the booking confirmation for your records. In addition, we will immediately send you a reservation confirmation to the e-mail address you specified.

If you do not receive a reservation confirmation from hotel info immediately after booking, please write a brief e-mail message to inquiries@plumeriahotel.ph specifying your reservation number. Hotel staff will be in touch with you via email within the day. Alternatively, you may call the hotel at our numbers listed in the Contact section of this website.

You may present a printed booking confirmation upon your arrival, or simply provide the front office with your booking confirmation number, as well as a government-issued identification card, and a valid credit card (if you are not settling your bill in cash upon check-in).

Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is at 12 noon. Guests may request for late check-in for up to 10pm. Late check-out maybe granted upon request, subject to occupancy limitations and season. Please allow our Front Office a few minutes from the time you check-out and return your room key, until we can complete your bill folio.

No, sorry. The hotel does not accept day bookings or short-period bookings, only overnight bookings for which the rates and availability are indicated in the Accommodations Page.

No, sorry. The swimming pool and cabana are for the exclusive use of Plumeria Hotel guests. The Pool and Cabana area may be booked for events or functions for a specific date and period of time, in which case, hotel guests may be notified prior. In any case, hotel guests are generally welcome to use the swimming pool anytime from 7am-8pm.

Yes. The 300sqm. Plumeria Function Hall can accommodate banquets for a maximum of 50 persons in round table arrangements, including a small stage platform, and up to 120 persons in theater style seating. Patio Le Fleur, the outdoor venue beside the swimming pool and cabana can accommodate 80 persons in round table arrangements.
