Rates

All rates are in Philippine peso, per room, per night on Bed & Breakfast basis (Continental breakfast). Complimentary continental breakfast is not included for Casitas booking.
The room rate is inclusive of prevailing government taxes: 12% VAT and 5% Service charge

To confirm an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out, the rate shall be 50% of the current Best Available Rate

Getting there

Private Transportation

From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), thru the Star Tollway in Batangas, and exit at Santo Tomas. Turn right and drive up Maharlika Highway (National Highway) for about 2 Km., past Liana’s Junction Plaza at the right. At the junction (the Izusu Car Dealership is the landmark), turn left towards San Pablo City/ Lucena (do not go straight towards Tanauan). Plumeria Hotel is on Km. 60, Maharlika Highway (National Highway).

The average travel time from Metro Manila to the Plumeria Hotel is approximately 1.5 hours (90mins).

Public transportation

Whether you’re traveling from Quezon City or Pasay, or anywhere from Metro Manila, the first thing you have to find is a bus going to Lucena City. There are many options:

JAM in Kamuning QC
Lucena Lines
JAC in Taft, Pasay and Kamuning QC
DLTB in Taft, Pasay and Kamuning QC
JAC, LLI Liner, ABC Liner at Star Mall in Muntinlupa

The Fare

Excluding your fare going to the terminal, the fare starts from Php 107 per person one way.

You just need to inform the bus driver and/or conductor to drop you off at Brgy. San Miguel a few meters after the Bus turns left from Liana’s Junction.
